We have successfully completed 3 weeks of Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 classes.
Starting this week 1/28, new classes Wednesday and Friday 1:30pm.
If you have been coming to the night classes you are welcome to come to the day class as well. People can potentially come all 4 classes in a week if they want to.
If you haven't been to a class yet, come check it out, you'll love it! Attendees have been getting a great workout and have fun doing it!
