Welcome

Welcome to CrossFit Avalanche.  We are pleased to bring CrossFit training to Tahoe City, CA.

    Crossfit was really hard last night! Talk about taking it to the next level! Good job to everyone, I know we will all be sore from that for a few days. Come to Crossfit this afternoon at 1:30. It's NOT a mom class by the way.....

    Thanks Travis and Myles, the gym is awesome and you guys are doing an amazing job. I'm hooked and it was only my 3rd class. Can't wait for tomorrow morning.
